"Help and guidance from Travis was definitely worth it. It was very useful to realize the difference between academic interviews with professors and a visa interview. I found the mock interview especially useful, and I'm glad I stumbled on your YouTube channel and decided to book an appointment."

“I had an amazing experience with Mandy! When I was denied boarding a flight back to the U.S. on my student visa, I needed help fast. Mandy helped facilitate the reapplication process and found quick solutions to every problem I encountered. She helped me get my F-1 visa renewed in under a week. If you need help with anything U.S. visa-related, Mandy at ZF Visa is where you should go!”

"I am happy to share that my Visa is approved, including for my Wife and Kid. I am very grateful to you for all your help, guidance and suggestions. Preparing with you helped me immensely. Thank you so much Travis."

“I am glad to recommend Mandy’s services to visa applicants, especially those with prior refusals. Mandy used her expertise to customize our visa application and interview preparation to fit our unique case. Thus, with Mandy’s help, my husband got his F-2 visa approved despite 2 prior visa denials under section 214(b). Mandy is also very kind and her service has exceeded our expectations. She always answered many of our questions throughout the entire process even outside her work hours. I daresay Mandy is a genius because at the visa interview, everything unfolded exactly as she anticipated.”

"After four visa denials, working with Travis made all the difference. His clear, strategic guidance gave me the confidence and structure I needed to present a strong case, and I'm incredibly grateful for the support that led to my approval."

“Mandy's advice was very helpful, and she gave me the advice that I needed the most. Also, she is very professional and gave me guidance very quickly when I urgently needed it. Her mock interviews made me feel relaxed and confident. My F-1 visa has been approved!”

"I can't thank Travis enough for helping me secure my F1 visa. His expertise and guidance were absolutely crucial throughout the entire process. From the moment I started working with him, it was clear he knew the ins and outs of the visa application journey. As a former Visa officer, Travis had a unique perspective that really set him apart. He knew exactly what the consular officers were looking for and prepared me so well for the interview. He made sure all my paperwork was spot-on and helped me understand everything step by step. Thanks to Travis, I walked into my visa interview feeling confident and well-prepared. And it paid off—I got my F1 visa on the first try! I highly recommend Travis to anyone who needs help with their visa. He's not just knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his clients' success. I'm so grateful for his support in making my study abroad dreams a reality."

"“Travis, I picked up my passport and visa this morning. I really appreciate all of your help and guidance. With all of this uncertainty, it's nice to know that international students have lawyers like you in their corner.”

''Working with Travis has been exceptional. He is extremely capable and knowledgeable, and he genuinely empathizes with your situation and tries to resolve it by specifically suiting your needs. He was very responsive and went above and beyond what was expected. I’ve interacted with many lawyers throughout my visa issues, and he’s by far the best!”

''I doubt I would I have successfully made it through my F-2 interview without Mandy’s help. She was very helpful from the beginning, and she is deeply knowledgeable about the entire visa process and possesses valuable resources to aid one’s interview process. Despite my anxiety, her preparation session built up my confidence which in turn completely turned my interview around. Thanks to Mandy, I was able to turn around a previous visa rejection into a successful approval!''

“Mandy is the real deal. We had a very complex waiver case for a non-immigrant visa. She did a 30-minute preparation for me and my husband and provided some feedback on documents to submit and bring to the interview. Her knowledge gave us an extra edge and after we followed her advice, we were all successful in convincing the Visa Officer to grant the waiver. After over 10 years of visa denials, we finally were able to obtain our visas. Thank you to Mandy and my immigration lawyer who referred her!”

“I had an excellent experience with ZF Visa & Immigration, and Travis was incredible throughout the process. He took the time to understand my case and provided clear solutions to my complications. His mock interviews were especially helpful, preparing me for possible questions and boosting my confidence for the actual interview. Thanks to his guidance, I felt fully prepared, and I was approved. Their services are highly recommended!”

"Travis has been incredibly helpful with my case, which was complicated due to a prior refusal history. Before our meeting, he provided me with a form to fill out and asked me a few questions to better understand my case. During the interview, he provided me with a lot of information and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask him questions. He also gave me ideas on how to prepare documents for the interview and things that I should mention on my resume. Additionally, he conducted a mock interview, which made me feel very comfortable about the renewal process. I was confident and prepared for the interview and my visa was approved on the spot. "

"Travis provided exactly the guidance we needed. His consultation was professional and tailored to our specific situation. The tips he shared were invaluable and definitely helped us in our second visa interview. I highly recommend his services!"

"I had a very structured and insightful call with Travis. He gave me an insider view on how the visa applications are assessed and offered extremely personalised feedback for my previous refusal and my current application. He also took some mocks and provided suggestions that made me confident for my D-Day. There was one non-standard question that he thought I might be asked- and I was asked the exact same question on the interview day! That sealed the deal for me in my actual visa interview!"

“I want to thank Mandy because with her help and experience, I was able to get my visa approved. She looked at my case carefully and showed me how to offer my information the right way to the officer. At the interview, they asked me two questions. Even though the second question was a follow-up of the first one, I had practiced these details with Mandy, so I was prepared. She is the best, and I recommend her 100%.”

“I am sincerely thankful for Mandy Feuerbacher's help with my visa application. My F-1 student visa was refused several times before I met her. Honestly speaking, it was perhaps the toughest case for most counselors. Mandy is extremely professional, providing me with the most useful information from the aspect of an ex-visa official. She is also very patient and nice to work with. After meeting her several times online, we figured out the problem and practiced until I was confident enough to go for my next interview. I could hardly imagine beginning my new life here at Stanford without her help and encouragement.”

"My consultation experience with Travis from ZF Visa was amazing and it really helped me boost my confidence and articulate my answers better. Highly recommend booking his consultation to get an experienced perspective from an expert who has actually adjudicated tons of visas!"

“Mandy is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the U.S. visa process. She created a customized strategy based on my elderly parents’ complicated visa situation. Working with Mandy was one of the best decisions I made. Professional matters should be entrusted to professional people. Mandy is highly professional. I would rather spend money to gain experience than spend time learning from mistakes. 专业的事就应该交给专业的人，Mandy非常专业。我会选择花钱买经验，而不是花时间吸取教训

"We were introduced to Mandy through a referral and met her when we were desperate to understand what does 221g administrative processing mean for us. Not only did she explain what is happening behind the scenes in the consulate's office, but she also gave us a clear strategy on what should be done. It was evident that I received bad/ wrong advice from other attorneys and Mandy’s experience as a former Consular Officer coupled with her knowledge of the law helped us navigate through a very complex issue. My visa was approved within 3 days of executing Mandy’s strategy. In a way she gave me my life back. I wish I knew Mandy before and will continue to seek advice from her. If your visa is stuck or you have questions about visa processing, I recommend talking to Mandy instead of trying to guess what will happen by surfing online."

"Travis's expert counseling was pivotal in securing my visa. His unwavering support and guidance made all the difference, and I am profoundly grateful for his assistance. Highly recommended for critical or challenging visa cases."

“What differentiated ZF for me was how Travis took my situation very seriously, fully understanding that this is a very personal matter for our family. He took the time to explain the "why" behind the questions visa officers typically ask. This was a game-changer because I didn't need to memorize the "perfect answer," but rather understand what the officers are looking for and think through my situation to prepare responses that depict my situation simply and accurately. I got my visa successfully, without any issue. I recommend anyone speak to ZF with any minor or major complications with US visas. Travis will take your case seriously, and he will help you think through your situation from a different perspective. Thank you, Travis!”

"In less than one minute I left the presence of a consular officer with indescribable bliss at the US Embassy. Prior to this visit I had been refused an F-1 visa 3 months earlier when I was asked only two questions. Amazingly, this time around, the new VO asked “Where are you going?” Kind courtesy of Mandy’s mentoring, I gave my answer confidently and completely. You may be well-versed with information, but you need organization and understanding of how to be honest and thorough in your responses. You will find it nowhere but with Ms. Mandy as a former Visa Officer. Let me end with an adopted quote from the Bible: ‘The visa applicant is made ready for the day of the visa interview, but victory rests with ZF Visa.’ ” Proverbs 21:31 (NIV)
