Frequently Asked Questions

If you are an individual, every collaboration with us starts with a one-on-one video consultation over Zoom, which you can book here.

If you are an attorney, a business, or a school, and interested in working with us, please check out our services.

The session will take place over Zoom.  If you have a special request for a different platform like Google Meet, WeChat, WhatsApp, please mention that in the notes when booking.

We are attorneys licensed in California, and we are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  We were U.S. Consuls who worked for the U.S. Department of State. Click here to learn more about our background.

We will determine in your first session whether or not one session is enough.  For simple cases with no prior history of visa refusals, one session may be enough to prepare for your upcoming visa interview.

For more complicated cases involving a visa denial, a visa revocation, a criminal issue, etc., additional legal services and one or more additional sessions for mock interview practice may give you a better outcome

You may pay for your session via Stripe with all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Paypal. We also accept Venmo and Zelle.

Our coaching sessions can be completed in English, Spanish, or Mandarin Chinese.  For other languages, you can have an interpreter attend your session with you.

Unfortunately, no one can guarantee approval of your U.S. visa (and if someone says they can, you should run the other way!).  While our expertise as former Visa Officers and immigration attorneys will maximize your chances of getting your visa approved, there is no guarantee that your visa will be approved.

As Visa Officers, we witnessed first hand how hard it is for visa applicants to succeed at their visa interview without proper preparation.  When unprepared applicants are denied their visas, they put their future goals at risk, including studying in the United States, being reunited with a loved one, or losing their job and  livelihood.  Through this experience, we realized we could make a real difference in people’s lives by giving them vital preparation that will help them succeed at their visa interview, while being truthful and authentic to who they are.
